I had a pleasant stay at Lifehouse Hotel and Spa, with a lovely atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the onsite restaurant served amazing food, which was certainly a highlight. However, some aspects, like communication from staff and spa treatment consistency, left room for improvement. Overall, it was a rejuvenating experience with comfortable surroundings.

7.4/10
My recent stay at Lifehouse was filled with mixed feelings. On one hand, I was completely enchanted by the serene gardens and the cleanliness of the spa facilities, which truly enhanced my relaxation. The staff made a significant effort to ensure I felt welcome, but the overcrowded spa area during peak times really put a damper on my experience. Despite its potential, I felt the facilities could use better management to maintain a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Dining was a mixed bag; while the food was tasty and well-prepared, the service was a bit slow and could improve.

I recently enjoyed a stay at Lifehouse Spa and Hotel, which had some lovely aspects such as clean facilities and a truly relaxing atmosphere. However, my experience was marred by some disorganization regarding our dinner reservations and a breakfast that simply didn't live up to expectations. The spa treatments were excellent, but the service could use some work to ensure everything runs smoothly.

7.6/10
The Lifehouse Spa Hotel offers a mix of relaxing environments and attentive staff, creating a pleasurable getaway atmosphere. While the spa treatments are exceptional and the gardens are beautifully maintained, the hotel shows signs of neglect in some facilities, which detracts from the overall experience. If you secure a good deal, it could be worth your while, but adjust your expectations regarding certain aspects, especially the spa area.
Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and had a lovely view overlooking the gardens, but it lacked a fridge and temperature control, which was a letdown.
Service
8.0
The staff were professional and engaged, making substantial efforts to enhance the stay despite some shortcomings in other areas.
Location
9.0
The hotel is nestled in tranquil grounds, just a short taxi ride from the nearest station, offering a peaceful retreat from city life.
Dining
8.0
Dining options were excellent, with a well-prepared menu and generous portions, although prices were on the higher side.
Facilities
6.0
While the spa facilities were enjoyable, they showed signs of wear and tear, particularly the male changing rooms, which felt outdated.
